New Park Manor Spa

AFA provided both pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment of the spa at New Park Manor. Works included a new flat roof to the spa reception, new MEP services throughout with new experience facilities comprising of two new hot tubs built within the outdoor area, a new sauna & steam room together with extensive upgrades to the indoor pool, changing rooms and treatment rooms.

Works completed in Summer 2024.
